Wasatch Deals specializes in liquidation, overstock, open-box and returned items from major U.S. retailers. Because of the nature of our products, we offer limited returns to ensure full transparency with our customers.
1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective item, subject to the conditions below.
The item must be:
In the same condition you received it
Unused
In its original packaging (if applicable)
Includes all accessories that came with the item
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. How to Request a Return

3. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
For approved defective/damaged items, Wasatch Deals will coordinate the return process with the customer.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon pickup or delivery.
Contact us right away if:
The item is defective
The item is damaged
You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of liquidation products, the following cannot be returned:
Perishable goods
Personal care items
Custom or personalized products
Hazardous materials
Gift cards
Items listed "Final Sale", "As Is", or with disclosed defects
Discounted / clearance items
Automotive parts that have been installed, modified, damaged, or show signs of use are non-returnable
Matresses
Items damaged after pickup or delivery
Products sold with missing parts or cosmetic damage that was disclosed before purchase
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as returns.
Once the item is returned and approved, you may complete a new purchase.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process it.
